The Junction is pleased to announce the results of the 2011 Bristol in Bloom Initiative
The Junction sponsored the Bristol in Bloom initiative in 2011, with the aim of raising awareness and maximising opportunities for improving the environment and also bringing flowers and colour to the City of Bristol. Bristol in Bloom has been working in partnership with communities in both the private and public sectors.
Bristol in Bloom are pleased to announce that 'Community Participation Award 2011' went to The Westbury on Trym Methodist Church which was accepted by Hazel Burston and was presented to her by Chris Allen, of AEJ Management and Facilities Support Manager for The Junction Imperial Park, Bristol and Deputy Lord Mayor Colin Smith (see photo)
Also the winner of the 'Large Front Garden 2011' category was awarded to Mrs Gene Skuse.
