Monday, May 24, 2010The Junction fund has completed the sale of Cambridge Close Retail Park in Aylesbury to Aviva Life & Pension, that is an investor in the fund. The park was sold for £60.4m reflecting a net initial yield of 6.04%. The sale price was 3% higher than its value of £58.8m as at 31 March 2010.
