Recent extreme weather conditions across the UK have seen AEJ’s retail park team show fantastic commitment in their efforts to keep all retail parks open and operational. This level of commitment can be seen by individual managers and customer service advisors booking into local hotels to ensure that they could get to sites on time. One manager also walked some 5 miles each way in the worst of the blizzard conditions to ensure that additional supplies of grit where being delivered to sites. The end result of all these endeavours was that whilst the rest of the country stayed at home AEJ ensured that all retail parks where open, manned and operational throughout the extreme conditions.
