Junction Fund completes disposal of Great Western Retail Park in Glasgow
Tuesday, April 01, 2008Capital & Regional Plc, the co-investing property asset manager, today announced that its Junction Fund has completed the sale of Great Western Retail Park in Glasgow to Resolution Properties for £58.5 million. The cash consideration was received on 20 March 2008.
