The Junction welcomes Next to Imperial Park Bristol as Tesco Home Plus opens its doors
The Junction is delighted to announce that Next is set to open at its Imperial Park, Bristol as part of the £6million Phase 4 redevelopment. This news comes as Tesco Home Plus opens the doors of its new 65,000sq ft unit. Next is set to trade from a newly built 20,000sq ft unit taken on a 15-year lease at £25 per sq ft, as part of Phase 4, which is providing a further 50,000 sq ft of predominantly Open A1 convenience and A3 units. John Gatley, Managing Director at The Junction comments: "Both these lettings complement the offer at Imperial Park, Bristol by adding to the fashion and homes specialist range already available. Phase 4 is the next step in our programme of investment at Imperial Park, introducing new retailers as well as new CCTV and car parking facilities." Retailers at Imperial Retail Park include JJB Sports, B & Q, Woolworths, Peacocks, Argos and Pizza Hut. Included in the Phase 4 refurbishment is a new customer service point on the park and improvements to the bus transport infrastructure.
