The Junction welcomes M&S to Thurrock Shopping Park

The Junction is delighted to welcome Marks & Spencer to its Thurrock Shopping Park. Set to open its 16,500sq ft store in May, M&S is to occupy the last remaining unit within the refurbished phase of Lakeside. John Gatley, Managing Director at the Junction comments: "This is a significant letting as it underpins the fashion offer and complements previous lettings to Asda Living, TK Maxx and Decathlon." Since 2005, the Junction has invested £25million in the phased refurbishment of the 467,000sq ft Thurrock Shopping Park, updating the design and elevations, improving landscaping, lighting and making considerable improvements to the car park.
