Michelle worked as an Executive PA for a number of years at international producer Pernod Ricard and the mobile communications provider 02 before changing career and joining Capital & Regional in 2004.

She has since been working in the Operations department and is now Operations Manager for the retail park portfolio, managing the schemes day to day.
