Service Standards

Our aim is to deliver a service that adds value to our tenants who are our customers by creating safe, clean and well managed facilities.

We have established an effective flow of communication, transparency and ongoing support to further assist.

Our parks are all managed from ‘in-house’ with a 24/7 helpdesk, regular tenant meetings and rigorous service level standards.

Each park has a ‘Customer Care Operative’ presence to further enhance the operation of each park along with a state of the art CCTV system to create 24-hour security. In addition, stringent maintenance schedules of the common parts are in place.
