About us

The Junction is a specialist retail park fund, owning four retail parks and two development sites, with a total floor space of approximately 1.4 million square feet.
We take a focused and service driven approach to the management and development of our portfolio.
Our Approach
Our retail parks have to be different if they are going to stand out. Therefore we look at the services we offer and improve on them year on year, as we understand that to be successful, customers have to feel genuinely excited about visiting.
We operate clean, safe and well managed retail parks. With determination, staying power and drive we aim and continue to achieve our goals.
Our retail parks may be focused on shopping but you'll still find us working outside in the community, supporting local initiatives and creating bonds with community groups, residents, and local businesses. We're also regenerating sites, whilst working closely with schools and councils in order to help raise environmental awareness.
Service Standards
Our aim is to deliver a service that adds value to our tenants who are our customers by creating safe, clean and well managed facilities. We have established an effective flow of communication, transparency and ongoing support to further assist.
Our parks are all managed from 'in-house' with a 24/7 helpdesk, regular tenant meetings and rigorous service level standards. Each park has a 'Customer Care Operative' presence to further enhance the operation of each park along with a state of the art CCTV system to create 24-hour security. In addition, stringent maintenance schedules of the common parts are in place.
Fund Structure & Strategy
Investors hold units in a Jersey Property Unit Trust (JPUT). Property Management and Fund Management services are provided by Capital & Regional, AREA Propery Partners and Aviva Investors.
The continued focus is on maximising unit holder returns, capitalising on strong and enduring occupier relationships to deliver appropriate spacial solutions in Junction parks.
